1. OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are satisfied with all of your purchases but if you ever need to return an item, you can do so within 10 days from the date your parcel was dispatched.

Strictly no refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.

We offer exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and details of any issues.

Exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account.

If you require a refund because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, we will refund you the price paid for the goods by you, including the standard delivery charge (we will not refund any additional cost paid for premium delivery).

Please Note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

  1. FAULTY GOODS

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our ‘Contact Us’ page and email admin or you can reach us via private message on Facebook, Instagram or on Twitter.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information;

-Your name

  • -Order number
  • -Product name and code
  • -Picture of the fault
  • -Description of the fault

(The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email).

  1. Return your package via the Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package through the post box without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return.
